LashBack has been monitoring unsubscribe compliance for nearly 2 years and is considered the leader in determining which senders can be trusted with unsubscribe requests. LashBack is responding to this proposed rulemaking in support of the FTC with a request for even stronger rules around minimal requirements for making unsubscribe requests.
