I think your proposal is a good one. I'd like to see some kind of similar requirement provided for SPAM period. I think the SPAM that is generated from pornography sites and the recent influx of prescription medicine advertisements really need to be cracked down upon. At least this new ruling will in effect get rid of those strangly lettered email names I have seen in my msn email inbox. Thank you for your time.
