Good morning, We do not nor will we ever condone spam. that being said, any emails we send out have a clear opt-in, opt-out message. We only send email to people on out opt-in list. These people are expecting to receive emails from us. There is some advertising in these emails. Our subscribers expect it. Many take advantage of our offers. Your new laws would be a great hindrance. At the same time these laws will really do little to stop spamming. Spammers have little concern for the rules. The people most hurt by your new laws are the people who conduct legitamate business on the Internet.
