I personally believe that any Spam that the person hasn't opted in with the express knowledge that they will be receiving email advertisements should be outlawed. I am sick and tired of double guessing everyones motives on the internet. It should be easy to opt off the emails and we should know where all the emails come from. Deceptive practices such as using alternate key b0ard characters or other fields to make it difficult for computer based filters to get rid of them. Like on Television, radio, and other forms of media it is easy for us to know when we are receiving advertisement. But the internet there is so much effort in making advertisement that bypass the users filters, which they should have the right to use, that the advertisement become unreadable, unprofessional, and just annoying, these emails serve no purpose but to annoy and the only people making money from them are the jerks who send them.
