Dear Commissioners, I realize "spam" has become an annoying problem, and any solution to this problem should be simple to implement. Many established and new businesses rely on email to promote their information or products and I cannot see how a supression list will help business. America needs businesses to maintain our country functioning. I,personally, have planned on starting a "net" business and do not see how I can cope with such demands of a supression list. Please reconsider for the sake of all small businesses, for without them America will have more than "annoying" problems than presently exist. Please reconsider the CAN-SPAM ACT.
