E.1.2: If the email is one that has been reported as spam, the email MAY be advertising 4 companies that are all part of the same spam operation. F: The can-spam act has one NOTHING to stop spam for us. There needs to be more enforcement of the actual spam domain, websites, and IP addresses used by the spammer. Too many times, the registrar claims that cannot be held responsible for the acts of someone who owns domains and uses them for spam. Also, there needs to be some way for upstream network providers to be able to SHUT DOWN downstream networks, so that foreign domains/ip addresses are barred from opering in the country where they spam.
