These proposed regulations would put the small at home internet business person out of business and out of work - we earn money and pay income tax on our profits. So this would result in more unemployment which would cost the government/taxpayer more. Isn't the government in enough debt? This would increase the national debt. There is too much legal technicality in the questions above for me to try to answer. I can't tell if the answers are for or against your proposed regulations. But, you will put most of us out business and unemployed - think about us, we vote and pay taxes. Listen to those of us who understand the proposed regs. better than I. God bless. Milton
