Legislators, Please be prudent in maintaining the rights of small businesses to speak to their markets via the internet. The internet is the single most powerful communication tool the world has ever created. I am sure you would not have wanted to be accused of surpressing the invention of the telephone, well then please understand the similarity between the two. The purpose of government agencys is not to control the medium rather it is to educate the public and to protect them from criminals.
