dear mr. commisioner: you are kindly asked to reconsider the decsions made on that topic because it will put so many legitimate businesses on the internet out of business or may be worse, punishing them for being misunderstood. the implementaion of such a decsion carries massive details that is impossible for everyone to follow and with the jungle of buyers and sellers online many innocent people and businesses may fall victims for misunderstanding. my experiance with the internet was more than wonderful, I have bought so many very good products that improved the quality of my life through unsolicited emails and I never had any problem with them, and when ever the product was not the right thing for me my money was refunded with no delays. there are so many people and companies online that offer goods and services that change people's life to the better, these businesses need the variety of advertising channels and methods the internet provides, depriving them these channels will help no one and it will not serve the customers, it will actualy make it harder for us customers to look for broducts on line, and as I said earlier, it will handicap businesses and maybe but them out of business. I plead to you to help businesses (and people alike) to enjoy America the country of freedom without having to drain thier energy worrying because some people are not willing to click on thier DELETE button.
