Let individuals decide how to deal with "unwanted" material. In fact, make it their RESPONSIBILITY, rather than having someone government agency make a blanket decision and complicate matters for everyone! Yes, we are bombarded with messages everywhere we turn. If I don't like these messages, I can TURN OFF my TV, radio, computer, etc. I will gladly decide FOR MYSELF what I choose to receive as well as SEND.
