I would like to plead for understanding and less restrictions on the small business owner , such as myself, who relies on the internet for a living. I follow all of the rules to the best of my ability. If you want to cause greater unemployment in the ' USA and a lose of tax revenue , just make life harder for innocent people. The CAN-Spam act was promoted to get rid of unsolicted pornography and phony medical stuff. Instead with the depth of the act, you may ruin the innocent small home business owner . You have done NOTHING to stop the porno people or the phony online pharmacies. Would you like to increase welfare rolls substantially by restricting the small innocent business people like myself. I am 55 years old. No company wants to hire a person my age. It is a fact. Anti - discrimination laws are not woth the paper they are written on.
