Dear Commissioners, I am all for stopping spam, but the CAN-SPAM Act will only hurt many legitimate online businesses. Use of suppression lists will not help solve the problems and could fall into the hands of spammers leading to more spam! Please reconsider before passing the CAN-SPAM Act.
