Please identify, beyond a shadow of a doubt, a spammer before any procedings are advanced on him or her. Do not kill ecommerce for the millions of individuals who are legitimate businessmen and business women. Enforce very steep penalties on the proven spammers while at the same time protect the rights of the legitimate businessmen. I know that will be a difficult task but it absolutely has to be done that way. Keep ecommerce alive and growing!
