Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 To the Commissioners, I support your efforts to curb the problem of unsolicited bulk email, However, requirement for merchants to maintain suppression lists is politely Saying not good solution. I feel I must urge you to consider this matter most carefully. Spammers always will find way to spam, having the suppression lists at hand they will spam more instead of less. A big damage is going to be done to merchants on the line affiliates and consumers as well. Why do you want to harm many legitimate publications available on the net?
