Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 The suppression list aspect of the Act will cause nightmares for anyone involved in affiliate marketing. It's so unworkable that it will force many affiliates and affiliate merchants to abandon legal, double opt-in, solicited emails. Please reconsider all aspects of suppression lists. Stop spam by all means. Don't stop legitimate, considerate businesses.
