I feel the whole solution is to go after the spammers that are sending out millions of e-mails every day with no regard for anyone. the legimitate business man like myself and many others i know personally never send e-mail to anyone unless they asked to receive it from us. we are not the problem. The can-Spam act has done nothing to help the problem. In fact the problem has gotten worse. all that act did was tell them they could spam everyone as long as they told us who they are. i get twice as much spam now. you need to go after the real abusers of the e-mail system. the're not going to listen to anything you say. the only people that will get hurt are the legimitate business people. thank you glenn downer
