I support SPAM control. However, one of the rules being considered would require e-mailers and merchants to maintain suppression (opt-out, unsubscribe) lists that might have to be distributed to others. I do NOT support collecting and dispersing my opt out info to potential spammers via such means...it is an invasion of my privacy! Please eliminate this onerous rule from the proposed legislation.
