Of course, any responsible, honest person would want to see spammers put out of business. But this idea of a universal opt-out list will NOT work. Spammers won't comply and honest business people will be hurt, badly. It is vital to think through the implications of this idea. It's not like the economy anywhere in the world is so good that putting a large number of honest people out of business is a good idea! Please reconsider.
