"Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008." Although this is a step in the right direction it still does little to stop "REAL" spammers but, does do major damage to legitimate internet business' that use email to promote there products, keep in touch with their customers and simply try to run their companies on a day to day basis. We need to work harder on making people use legitimate email addresses that can be traced so spammers may not find it so easy to send bulk emails to people who did not ask for it and stop making it almost impossible for legitimate business's to run their companies.
