FTC Members, Under existing regulations I have lost desired mailings from two people with whom I regularly interact and correspond; one is a pastor of God's word that sells nothing and another is a marketing endeavor. Certainly the latter has products, but is totally opt-in or subscriber desired. . . does not broadcast UCE. In both cases I have lost communications with people I desire communications with. In my opinion, the CAN-SPAM act is already an abysmal failure as my daily spam has gone up to over one hundred UCEs per day. I heartily urge that nothing, NOTHING be added to the CAN-SPAM act which is not effective as currently implemented. In my considered opinion your regulatory efforts, regarding this issue, can only add further harm to law abiding and responsible citizens of the United States.
