CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 Dear Commissioners, As a small business man, I have suffered a loss in income from your rules on spam and also from AOL. AOL and others have put on filters that do not Work. My good emails and my bad emails are being blocked. I have repeatly asked them not to block my emails. AOL and others should not have the right to determine whom I may recieve emails from or whom I may send them too. If a unsubsribe link, that Worked on all emails, that would be my answer.
