"Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008." As a marketer I use opt in list(safelists) where people agree to receive my e-mail and ad. It also provides a place to opt out of the list. Because of these concerns, We urge the Commission to exempt lists which operate using the principle of affirmative consent from any possible regulations requiring the use of suppression lists. It would be most dificult and already has become more difficult to reach our already customers and now our potential customers who are asking to see our ads. Please do not close this door for us regular people trying to make a earning and doing it the honest and credible way. We should not be punished for the lack of principals of others. We go by the rules, we do not spam nor do we incourage it and there for should have these very few options of safelists to use and not be restricted. Thank You Robin Arrington
