I agree completely on the pornography portion of this act. I have completely refrained from doing any advertising as a result of this act because any mailing would be prohibited unless it was specifically requested. As a small business owner I can not afford a lawsuit. I feel that the ISP's have placed too much emphasis on spam prevention, thereby preventing good intentioned email getting through to the intended recipients.
