"Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008." As an internet marketer, I find the above runling to be very detrimental to my business. I run an Ezine which sells advertising, and this act would kill my business. I rely on the internet as my sole income provider, as I am a work at home mother. The ruling is unfair to the small business owner, as we would not be able to afford to implement all regulations.
