Stopping SPAM is a good/great thing. Thank you for your efforts in this area. As a company who maintains a "double opt in" marketing list, we are very concerned with the wording of this legislation. SPAM is our enemy, but legitimate marketing is VITALE to our operations and our customers have had 2 seperate chances to EASILY stop our communications with them. Please consider taking the time to do this the right way. Don''t put legitimate marketing companies that are on your side, with this matter, out of business. Respectfully, Chuck Mullaney
