Please don't try to legislate this issue to death. It's only spam, not AIDS or rampaging terrorists. Simplicity will aid in compliance, and destroying internet commerce to stop SPAM will ultimately benefit no one. Lord knows there are few enough good jobs in this country now. And WAY too many laws!
