TO: Commissioners: Subject:CAN-SPAM Act, Project No. R411008 I thank you for creating the Can-Spam Act, however, it has not stop the amount of spam email that I get everyday. I now understand that an added item is being considered for this Act - suppression lists. The requirement of suppression lists is really a bad idea. The use of this list is like putting chains around the necks of legitimate business people. What you need to do is make it harder for the spammers to spam not harder for the business person to send emails to their customers. This is a backward approach and I definitely know it's going to hurt honest internet marketing people and will also make them find another way to do business. Sincerely, Rudy S Silva *REDACTED PERSONAL INFORMATION*
