Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 The act is so overcomplicated that it clearly reflects its uselessnes. If You can't find a simple way, better do nothing at all. Especially this "suppression lists" are absurd. To multiply the addresses that should NOT be used is in any given case the absolute wrong direction of work. People with minds in their heads should be able to see that in the first place. I do not want that the person/service I'm giving my address to give that address to anybody else in case I do want to work with them. In case I want to stop to work with them, my only wish is to be deleted from their list. I certainly would hate it deadly that in such case they give away my address to anybody for whatever purpose at all. If law forces the to do so, law is more silly than outlaw. I would prefer to cooperate with outlaw then instead.
