Maybe it's because I'm a small business owner. Maybe it's because it's not that big of a deal to click "delete" if I don't want to read an e-mail message. As a small business owner I am finding it harder and harder to make a go of it. While I recognize the concerns of people over bulk e-mail, I believe the burden of this new bill would outweigh any benefits.
