The implementation of a National Do Not Email Registry. Not possible to comply or regulate. Many small businesses will perish trying or fold from intimidation. The implementation of a system for rewarding those who supply information about CAN-SPAM violations. This would only create a "McCarthyism" atmosphere, and some will see this as a new business venture. The effectiveness and enforcement of the CAN-SPAM Act. Time will tell re:effectiveness. I think enforcement will be a nightmare. I hope the enforcement will be directed primarily at the real scammers and spammers, and not the legitimate businesses or individuals who make every effort to use email properly. I cannot improve on the letter contained at this site. http://www.talkbiz.net/ramblings/weblog.php
