Dear Sirs, Commissioners, I know there is a need to cut out all or curb bulk spam But in what you are a bout to under take you will likely kill off thousands and thousands of business like my. Now the anti spam soft ware is getting better by the day, don't you think given time the people who abuse the system will give up knowing there mail is not getting through ? Before you consider suppression lists , please think long and hard as i personally think this will do more harm than good, it will cause another Dot Com crash , harming both consumers and business a like.
