Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 To the Commissioners, Buy providing "suppression lists" with email addresses that are not to be marketed to, you will be providing "spammers" a goldmine of email contacts. These emails will receive 10x the spam thay are currently receiveing and once this "Pandoras Box" is opended, it will be too late to close it. These spammers DO NOT CARE who they send email to and are impossible to track down. Most importantly, these lists woult hurt legitamate business that play by the rules and respect their customers & subscribers. Sincerely, Jason Green Cardinal Health Spring, TX
