Re: Project No. R411008 Requiring merchants to maintain suppression lists would cause undue strain and expense to us. Our customers have opted-in to hear from us and they desire to be contacted by us with messages commercial in nature. We remove anyone who opts out within 48 hours. Obviously, if they decide they no longer wish to hear from us we have no reason to keep them in our database. A customer who doesn't want to hear from you won't buy, they'll just get angry.
