The damage done by any and all of the above, can not and will not address the stated concerns, nor aid in the control of this growing problem. I am NOW unable to receive many e-mails I wish to receive. But the Porn, pills, scams and spam still gets into my in-box, if I wish to allow it too. Most without removal links of any kind, and those that have links, only cause the sale of my e-mail address to ton's of other spammers and porn site owners. However with the newer Personal e-mail filtering software available, I can, if I wish, control ALL e-mail coming into my system. For those of us that are still sane, the CAN-SPAM Act needs to protect without harming Small Business, these amendments are not aimed too cure, but only to restrict my e-mail even more. Both the good and, (as judged by others), bad e-mails I may wish to receive, is a service I PAY FOR. Get tough on porn, and support the safe e-mail address removal without re-sale. Also support the blockage possible via the Personal software available. Think of the HARM done to me, if a personal friend can not inform me of a great product or service. I DO WANT to hear points of view from my friends via e-mail, not have them judged and removed without my review.... FINE those that file false spam complaints that restrict my usage. I can block those friends that mis-use there good names with scams, AT WILL. The words REGULATORY and FREEDOM do not fit together in this great Internet WORLD we MUST learn to share with ALL. T.W.C.
