This Act will kill us retired email Marketers. I have only recieved ONE spam complaint in 7 years and that one was from a demeted person. You can make all the laws you want but you can't stop people from other countries flooding the mail with porn and subscription drugs. I perdict that if this law passes companies will spring up in Mexico and other countries that will do adverizing for US companies. We have Anti- spam blockers so why not use it. If you have the means to stop it why hurt us citizens while enriching other c ountries I hate this porn and my great grandchildren are now in to computers but my grandchildren have spam blockers So please don't ruin us small timers with laws that force us out of business Hubert Flowers
