e-mail messages that provide notification of a change in status - should only be allowed within 30 days of the change of status - after that the e-mail address should be deleted. The Do not Email Registry should be INFORCED TO THE MAX. SUBJECT LINE LABELING should be accurate and to the point. ISP'S should be held accountable for spam sent out of their server!!! They should be required to monitor outgoing mail and track large amounts to determine spam even before it is reported. ISP's who do not shut down spam should be penalized. If ISP's ignor request to shut down spam or are repeat offenders they should be shut down and NONE of their e-mail routed - through out the world. This includes spam originating from a foreign country. If we can block ALL MAIL from an ISP - then things would get better VERY QUICKLY. This includesForeign Countries!!!
