A. Commercial Purpose: If an e-mail from a business mentions a commercial product or service, it must be considerdd spam. E.2 All parties who "forward to a friend" must be held responsible for the spam. All parties who "forward to a friend" must provide an opt out mechanism for the spam. F. Create a "Do Not E-mail" list immediately and make it complete! The only reason we have this farce of a law "against" spam is that our bought legislature was trying to suppress the California, anti-spam law. WE NEED BETTER PROTECTION AND BETTER LEGISLATIVE SERVICE.
