Comments:
I do not agree with the establishment of a "National Do Not Email Registry". Not only would it be almost impossible to enforce but I, as a retired, one person, from home internet operator, would not be able to establish the required programme that would deal with such a Registry. Further, I support the submission that has been made by the International Council of Online Professionals.
