The effectiveness & enforcement of the CAN-SPAM Act - Not working worth a hoot. Subject line labeling - Should be stricter and vigorously enforced. G. Regulatory Flexibility Comments - unwanted commmercial spam costs small businesses billions and billions of dollars each year, and it should be outlawed.
