I urge you not to implement a National Do Not Email Registry as the existinting Can Span act if properly enforced is more than adequate to combat unwanted email from legititmate marketers. Unfortunately the problem are the illegitimate marketers that ignore the existing law and would continue to ignore any Do Not Email Registry put inplace.
