Unsolicited sexually oriented advertisements of any kind ought to be totally blocked. The impact of time required to delete received emails and to administer email blocking and spam programs is an extreme burden. Unwanted extremely explicit sexual material appears without any way to control it. Transactional or relationship messages ought not include advertisment. All comercial advertisement and solicitation needs to be completley separate and to have the ability to opt-out. "Senders" ID and name should be identifiable and recognizable as a commercial enterprise. Senders need to have a valid "real" USPS address as required for delivery to a customer.
