My individual comment is not a general comment of my fellow members of the MICHIGAN ASSOCIATION of REALTORS board of of Directors or the staff or other members in our association, it is my comment. The Market has requested that we who are practicing REALTORS use as a method of commuication, the e-mail system. We as REALTORS need this method to be able to respond to those folks searching for shelter and investment in the Purchase or Sale of Real Estate.Our marketing of properties is required by contract with our Sellers this is one method we use which is becoming very predominant in choice/selection by prospective buyers. Please DO NOT hinder/slowdown our ability to earn a living, Let we REALTORS be exempt from your new regulation and lets us continue to energize the economy, and make HOME ownership for all!!!
