A.If there is ANY solicitation of money or payment, for products and/or services, suggested in the message, then that message should be construed as commercial. C.Opting-out requests should be completed in 5 business days or less. E1.Advertising or commercial messages relating to products/services from more than one company should be disallowed in the regulations. (No multiple-senders allowed.) E2.A violation occurs if the originator in any way suggests that recipients forward the message to others. Re:National Do Not Email Registry -- we absolutely NEED one!!!
