Primary purpose of an email should be defined by whether or not the email is sent unsolicited or not. "Protected" is too vague all alone. Adding "protected and unprotected proxy access" would be more appropriate. Emails that start out seemingly legit after the first few lines and then change to trying to sell something should be added.
