I believe a national do not email registry is the best way to handle spam. I should be my right to protect my email box from unwanted email. I also believe that if a spammer uses a program to use others peoples computer to send spam then that spammer should be prosecuted under laws that prosecute virus implementers since thier program is essentially using a persons computer without the person knowledge and that should be considered as theft.
