Please stop hurting the small business person. Go after the companies abusing the system and punish them. Let business flourish not over-regulate it. Technology can put a man on the moon, spend some of the money wasted on this act and develop software that will put an end to unwanted spam! Stop wasting our time and money to cripple out ablity to make money. It's OK for you because you don't rely on the internet to provide customer service or an income. Maybe when an election comes around your email campaign will be considered spam and if not it is a two-face act and we are not a democracy anymore.
