As long as the FTC does not regulate the "delete" option on my e-mail, I don't see an issue w/ any promotion of free commerce over the internet; however, if I have been asked to delete a recipient from my list, or, I have asked to be removed from someone's list, I believe the request should be respected and not denied. In closing, Freedom of Choice should not be regulated
