Comments:

In the "land of the free", more invasive regulations are not the answer. Implimenting laws, regulations & procedures with the force of law to pander to the annoyances, inconveniences, social or political agenda is the problem, not the solution. Passing such regulation violates the letter and spirit of the founding documents upon which this nation was created.
