A "do not email registry" would allow every spammer & company in the WORLD the ability to send me an email message until I tell them not to. I do not what to reply to every piece of trash that gets delivered to my email address. If you send me junk mail, the SENDER pays for produce & mail it. When I receive spam email, it costs ME & my host provider time and money.
