A regiistry that works is long overdue. I think the efforts of major ISPs and block programs have been totally inadequate. When I used a national ISP I was buried in spam, the block program did no good. With my local ISP which blocks spam at the relay point, I have had no spam for a year. Why can't all ISPs refuse to handle spam and block it at the relay points? How do I sign up for the no spam registry?
